ANGSTEN VENDTE TILBAGE…

Hey Beauties! Det er efterhånden noget tid siden, at jeg har skrevet en update ang. mine angstanfald, og det er simpelthen fordi, at det faktisk gik rigtig godt. Der var et par gange, hvor det lige var lidt oppe over, men forsvandt igen i løbet af 5 minutter. Dvs. alt i alt er det blevet SÅ meget bedre og jeg kan i 99% af tilfældene kontrollere det og ved nogenlunde, hvad der kan bidrage til dem, selvom jeg med vilje ikke udelukker alting, der kan bidrage til dem.

Her i weekenden var jeg med Morten, da han var ude at optræde. det gør jeg efterhånden sjældent, fordi ja… jeg er oftest for træt, heh. Det var dog ikke så sent, og lå ikke for langt væk, men jeg havde kun fået 3 timers søvn natten inden. Jeg ville ikke være kedelig (I feel old, altså), så jeg tog med alligevel og min søster var endda også med. For at overleve var jeg lige nødt til at få et par Redbulls, som jeg i forvejen ved, at jeg ikke har godt af… hovsa. Imens han optrådte fik jeg et par mere, because #LIFE. Lige inden vi skulle hjem får jeg full-on angstanfald med summen i ansigt, hænder og fødder og alt hvad der hører med, hvilket varede i nogle timer. Så det med at være super træt og drikke en masse Redbull kan jeg bare ikke, men det er det eneste der kan holde mig vågen jo. Jeg er ret sikker på, at det var en engangs-forestilling, fordi jeg kender min Redbull-dosis og var selv ude om det. For mig er angst og alkohol også forbundet, så jeg begrænser mig meget på det punkt, da jeg kan mærke, at det hjælper helt vildt på min indre ro. Jeg har en del angst-relaterede indlæg her på bloggen og har også lavet en længere YouTube video omkring mine erfaringer med det og jeg har faktisk også en annoncering, som I måske har set i reklamerne allerede. Jeg er nemlig sammen med en række kendte med i et nyt program på Kanal 4, hvor vi fortæller om vores angst, for at sætte fokus på det. Måske nogle kan få nogle gode råd og ikke føle sig alene med det.

    Har det på samme måde angående min angst den kommer nemt hvis jeg ikke har fået nok søvn og skal slet ikke nærme mig koffein og alkohol så går det bare galt. 🙂

    Øv ville gerne se det, men kan ikke i frankrig. Jeg drikker også sjældent kaffe for koffeinen gør kludder i min angst. Og helt galt med tømmermænd eller hvis jeg går for sukkerkold 🙁

    Jeg er normalt ikke typen der kommentere sådan noget men kender alt til de følelser omkring og med angst som du skriver.
    Jeg har bøvlet med angst i en del år efterhånden og med tiden har jeg isolereret mig mere og mere grundet det.
    Efter lang tids overtalelse fra min lillebrors kærestes familie, tog jeg endelig kontakt til en hypnotisør som de anbefalede. Allerede efter første besøg hos hende, kunne jeg mærke forskel. Jeg har fået 3 behandlinger.
    Jeg mærker stadig angsten en gang i mellem men jeg har fået værktøjer til at kunne håndtere det når det sniger sig ind på mig.

    Dejligt at du er åben omkring det Irina. Jeg har også kæmpet med angst, men det er efterhånden også blevet bedre med tiden. Det er så ubehageligt og til tider svært at forklare folk om det, som ikke kender følelserne.

    Jeg syntes det er super sejt, at du er åben omkring din angst. Det hjælper virkelig mange omkring, så de ved, at de ikke er de eneste, og at høre andre kæmper med det samme, gør at man ikke føler at man er ved at blive skør. Lider selv af angst og det hjalp mig meget at se de udsendelser på kanal 4. Så sejt kæmpet og tak for inspiration til os andre 🙂
